About Me
I began my fitness career with Shred415-which is a treadmill and strength training class. After a long history as a runner, I loved seeing how weight training made me a stronger runner and feeling less achy in my body. I love convincing people that resistance training is the foundation for everything they do in life and no matter age, it benefits everyone.
During the pandemic, I started to focus more on personal training and got an additional degree in nutrition. I love seeing the results that one on one training bring to an individual. By pairing nutrition and movement, one is able to optimize their best possible results in the shortest amount of time. I also offer training with me anywhere in the world through my online programming-learn more at https://www.

Dr. Cyril Kanjookaran’s journey into physical therapy began at 16, when a combination of playing baseball, golf, and weightlifting led to a lower back injury. His physical therapist not only helped him recover but also educated him on proper form and safe warm-ups, allowing him to get back to the sports he loved. This experience inspired Cyril to pursue a career where he could help others return to the activities that bring them joy.
Cyril earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He launched Streamline Physical Therapy and Rehab in March 2025 to provide one-on-one, tailored care.

About Me:
I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 8 years and have trained everyone from middle school to seniors and everyone in between.
I started my health and wellness career in the physical therapy field which gave me a deeper understanding of the human body. I enjoyed physical therapy, but knew I always wanted to transition to personal training where most of your clients want to be there to make their lives better. I worked over six years managing and running a corporate health facility where I trained over 30 individuals a week in both one-on-one and group settings. With that being said, I know each individual is different and in order to achieve their fullest potential I must tailor each workout program to achieve their specific fitness goals.
Training Style:
Functional training that is tailored to your goals. Goals that are reasonable, obtainable and measureable to insure lifelong changes. Varying strength, sport specific, injury prevention and high intensity training.
Exercise Philosophy:
I believe challenging your body and keeping fit, keeps your mind fit and overall makes you the best version of yourself that you can be!

About me:
About five years ago, I took a leap of faith that would change my life forever. After a decade of being a stay-at-home mom for two kids & not feeling comfortable in my own skin, I decided to buy a pair of running shoes. The rest is history – I fell in love with fitness.
Seeing my transformation into feeling & looking the best I ever had, I knew this was a passion I had to share. After my kids would go to bed, I studied for my ACE Personal Training Certificate, and in February of 2019, I received my certification. Shortly after, I became a coach at a gym where I could put all my knowledge and passion into practice!
Today, I am proud to say after teaching in group fitness in three different gyms, working with children who want to be little ultimate ninjas, and building amazing relationships through personal training, I am living a dream I didn’t know was possible! I can’t wait to be a part of your journey!
