I fell into this industry 14 years ago and have been mastering my trade ever since. I found an industry that I believe in and can make a difference in people’s lives. For me it’s about helping people move stronger, faster and more efficiently. Speed, agility and balance training doesn’t just pertain you youth athletes. The same principals also apply to/for adults of all fitness levels as well.

Basically the opposite of traditional gym mentality/body building.
Exercise should be both enjoyable while having a tangible and reasonable purpose! Otherwise the likely hood of a permanent lifestyle change becomes less likely.
